If your event is only one day, please select that day as both the start date and end date. We will ship your equipment to arrive 2-3 days prior to your event.

Please use the pre-paid return label(s) inside your order to place directly over the original shipping label on your bin. From there, you may drop off your order at the nearest corresponding courier’s office. Or, you may schedule a pickup online with the corresponding courier.

We send 3 transmitters with every order, which allows you to play up to 3 different channels of music at once. Each transmitter comes with an aux cord that needs to be plugged into the device you wish to stream audio from (laptop or tablet). To play music from a phone, please select our USB-C adapters or Lighting adapters at check out. We encourage customers to create their own playlists, or use playlists across the various streaming services.

Our headphones arrive fully charged ready for up to 10 hours of listening. For multi-day rentals, we will provide enough chargers to charge up to 50% of the total amount of headphones rented. Headphones typically take 2-3 hours to fully charge and they will glow green when at 100%. 

We typically require at least 10 days before your event to process, pack, and ship your order to arrive 2-3 days before your event. For inquiries where your event is less than 10 days away, please select your dates and fill out the Last Minute Request Form. To pay for your order, we accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. If you would like to pay via check or purchase order, please request a quote and we can accommodate your request. We do not require deposits, but if you would like to place a deposit to reserve your order, we ask for a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% will be due 10 days before your event.
